Taste Of Outdoors is a small family owned tour operator located in the arctic north in Pyhätunturi. We organise outdoor tours in the winter and we love to cook outside so most fo our tours include lunch or a light meal that you get to enjoy by campfire.

We are located in Pyhätunturi in Finnish Lapland right next to beautiful Pyhä-Luosto National Park which is a great place to do outdoor activities and hunt northern lights as the national park is not crowded. The closest airport to Pyhätunturi is in Rovaniemi where you can easily rent a car or catch the Skibus to Pyhätunturi in under two hours. The closest train station is located in Kemijärvi which is less than one hour from Pyhätunturi.

We only organise private tours for small groups so you can be certain that there is only you, your group or your family on the tour so we can easily adjust the tours to your liking. We are far from mass tourism and your guide is an experienced local who knows the area well.

It goes without saying that safety is a priority for us so on our tours we use safe and modern gear and your guide is trained in wilderness advanced first aid.
